Our Return Policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-returnable Items
Customized, personalized orders, or any jewelry with engraving cannot be returned or exchanged. These are made especially for you!
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll notify you via email. If your return is accepted, we’ll proceed with issuing a refund. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- Check your bank account: Sometimes refunds take a few days to show.
- Contact your bank or credit card company: There might be processing time before the refund is posted.
